INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Space Within Studio Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). By booking any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
The Company offers lifestyle and home organisation services, including Home Edit, Wardrobe Refresh, and Gentle Transitions. All services are delivered in person or remotely as specified during booking.
Practical additions can be provided from stock with a clear quotation — entirely optional and client-led.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by debit/credit card.
The remaining balance (70%) is due on the day of service delivery and can be paid by debit or credit card.
Rescheduling is possible once, free of charge, if requested at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made later than this timeframe result in the loss of the deposit. All bookings must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. Payments are accepted via SumUp
or bank transfer.
LIABILITY
While every care is taken during consultations, The Space Within Studio Ltd shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the advice or services provided. Clients remain responsible for decisions regarding item disposal or
retention.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
All sessions and communications are treated as strictly confidential. Any personal data shared by the client is handled according to our Privacy and Cookies Policy and applicable UK GDPR laws.
INTELLECTURAL PROPERTY
All text, photographs, and content created by The Space Within Studio Ltd remain the property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, share, or publish materials without prior written consent.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
