Nothing is rushed. Each item is considered for how it fits into your present life, always with respect for the memories and meaning it holds.


I guide the process, helping you find practical ways to let go of what no longer serves you and to keep what truly supports you. My role is to make each stage easier — from sorting and organising to preparing for what comes next.


When physical changes are needed — such as clearing furniture, moving boxes, or taking items away — I can coordinate trusted local collaborators who handle the logistics smoothly and respectfully, so you can focus on the emotional and practical choices that matter most.


All sessions are completely confidential. Your home, your belongings, and your story are always treated with care, discretion, and respect. This is a process of lightening, not loss — a way to move forward feeling supported,
grounded, and more at ease in your space and in yourself.
